MainClub HQ is a separate service from any individual BMX club's own website or booking system. It operates the shared pool of grants, races, and sessions that participating clubs can choose to share with each other. This notice is about MainClub HQ specifically — it is not any individual club's own Privacy Notice, which covers that club's own membership and booking data and is a completely separate document.
When a club's own admin ticks "Share with MainClub HQ" on a grant, race, or session in their own club software, a limited set of information is sent to MainClub HQ and shown to every other participating club:
Sharing is opt-in per item — nothing from a club's own records is shared unless that club's own admin explicitly ticks the box for that specific grant, race, or session.
Entries marked Official are added directly by MainClub HQ. Everything else is submitted by an individual club and is not independently verified before appearing — treat community-submitted entries the same way you'd treat any listing from a source you don't personally know, and check details (especially deadlines and eligibility) directly with the funder or event organiser before relying on them.
Every shared entry has a Report option. Reporting something hides it from your own view immediately and flags it to MainClub HQ for review.
